Mo' Grabbin Films and Universal Group are casting for the feature film titled

"Jesus of Malibu" written and directed by Billy Yeager.

Synopsis; A man who calls himself Jesus of Malibu decides to give up life in America and living on land. He purchases a sailboat and decides to sail the rest of his days away on the water. Stowed away on the same boat is an 18-year-old who is running away from stress, problems and life.

After two days at sea Jesus realizes she is aboard. "Stephanie" thought eventually that Jesus   would sail into a port or island where she would begin a new life. An old 8 track player and Deep Purple music and 1970's rock n' roll and a deck of cards is the only entertainment aboard. Jesus lives in the past.

A cell phone with a dead battery is the 18-year-olds only possession.

The two personalities clash when she realizes he is not going to take her back to land because there is a warrant for his arrest for something unknown. He decides to throw her overboard until he realizes she has a certain gift, one that will save them because they are lost at sea.

The two-experience life at sea and what it has to teach and what they have to learn.

This film is shot in one location... the boat the ocean and 2 actors.

Casting for lead role: I Female must be in very good physical condition.

Not 5 pounds over weight (or lose it)

NO model types , NO extremely pretty types apply.

Looking for a little Alabama or Georgia look.

2 choice- Illinois or Iowa middle Americana look.

Redneck type of girls a plus.

Must be cute.

If you have no acting experience we will train you for free.

Filming starts in November rehearsal is in September.

You must be dedicated and committed.

16 Actors try out for a lead part in a feature film. The finalist will be flown to Los Angeles to appear in a motion picture produced by Paramount Picture Classics.
