Billy Yeager is the nephew of Bunny Yeager the famous pin-up queen and photographer from the 1950's and 1960's who also discovered legendary pin-up queen Betty Page.
Billy is an accomplished musician who taught himself how to play every single musical instrument. He has written and recorded over 700 songs and has been discovered by Grammy Award Winning Artist such as Bruce Hornsby and Rod Stewart.
Billy wrote, produced and directed his first television commercial when he was only 21 years old. He is a self-taught musician / filmmaker.
Billy spent 23 years filming a documentary titled "Jimmy's Story". Jimmy's Story has won several awards including Best First Feature, Best Documentary and Best Folk Film at The Palm Beach International Film Festival and at The Dahlonega International Film Festival.
He has just finished his 4 th feature film titled "A perfect song" which has been featured on The Bravo Television Network. Film Guru John Pierson " The worlds most powerful man of Independent films) featured a story about the self-taught independent filmmaker on his television show called "Split Screen".
A Perfect Song can be purchased from the internationally known web-site FILMBABY.COM. along with the award winning film "Jimmy's Story". A perfect song has outsold every film on the film site surpassing sales of 10,000 units to date.
His production company founded in 1998 "Mo' Grabbin Films has produced 1 feature length film every year since its inception.
He started The Actor's Factory in 1999 and received nationwide attention for his unique on location, on camera film acting class. The only one if it's kind.
He has just opened the new "Reel Film Acting Studio" located in downtown Historic Lake Worth Florida.
Students learn music composition, acting on camera for independent films, and television commercial acting for kids and young adults. It also features a photo studio for black and white headshots or color composites.
Agents: We are accepting students on an audition basis only for acting classes. We are not just another acting school. This is an intense training course that prepares actors for film acting specifically by utilizing real cameras, lights, sound and production crews on real film sets. We choose scenes with the actors and edit demo reels for the actors to use on auditions. Los Angeles has been doing this for the last 2 years and it's time we caught up to the future.
